What we collect
When you submit the confidential intake or contact form we receive what you type, the page you were on, and basic technical information such as your browser type. Phone calls to the defense line may be transcribed by an automated assistant so that a person can call you back with the facts in front of them.
How we use it
To respond to you, to run a conflict check before any consultation, and to keep a record of the inquiry. We do not sell or share intake information with advertisers. Marketing analytics on this site are aggregated and do not include the content of any form.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete an inquiry that did not become a client matter by calling 470-239-8773 or through our contact page. Client files are governed by the attorney-client relationship and by the Georgia Rules of Professional Conduct.
