What is different about Forsyth

Forsyth is one of the fastest-growing and most diverse counties in Georgia, and its courts are busy. Cases move quickly through arraignment and calendar calls, accountability courts are available for the right clients, and the District Attorney’s office has its own practices around plea offers and discovery that a local defense lawyer learns by being in the building. Brandon prosecuted next door in Cherokee and Gwinnett for twelve years, and he knows the judges and the assistant district attorneys who now sit across from him.
