What is different about Gwinnett
Gwinnett is one of the largest court systems in Georgia, with many Superior Court judges, a large District Attorney’s office organized into specialized units, and a heavy calendar. Knowing which unit has the case, which prosecutor is likely assigned, and how each judge runs a calendar is not something a lawyer picks up on a first visit. Brandon spent years in that building, and for a good part of it he supervised the prosecutors he now negotiates with.
