Twelve years prosecuting in Gwinnett and Cherokee, over eighty felony jury trials, and numerous arguments before the Georgia Supreme Court and Georgia Court of Appeals. Now he sits on your side of the table across Georgia.
About Brandon
Brandon spent twelve years as a prosecutor, first in Cherokee County and then in Gwinnett, where he finished as Deputy Chief Assistant District Attorney. He tried over eighty felony cases to a jury: homicides, complex gang prosecutions, RICO, and wiretap cases. He knows how the State builds a case, the witnesses it relies on, and where those cases are tested, because he built them. During his time as a prosecutor Brandon served as an instructor for the police and regularly taught and advised the police on procedure and the law. He has also lectured numerous times to prosecutors statewide about criminal prosecution. He knows what proper police procedure is and how to hold them accountable for their actions.
In private practice, he is frequently consulted by other lawyers. When a murder case went to the Georgia Supreme Court, counsel for six co-defendants voted for Brandon to deliver the argument. Brandon chairs several non-profit organizations including a men’s and women’s drug and alcohol rehabilitation program.
He defends felony and misdemeanor charges across Georgia and handles serious injury and wrongful death cases statewide. His phone is answered at any hour.
